Look no further.Kelce's coveted chocolate chip cookies use the following recipe, she shared.Ingredients1 1/2 cups sweet cream butter (about three sticks)1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar1 cup white sugar1 large egg &1 egg yolk1 tablespoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon baking soda (di solved in 2 tablespoons of hot water to activate)2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup of cake or pastry flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon cinnamon1 1/2 teaspoons salt1 cup white chocolate chips (Ghirardelli)1 cup milk chocolate (Ghirardelli)PreparationMelt butter in 20-second increments. Pour into mixing bowl. Let cool.Add brown and white sugar and mix for 4minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add eggs one at a time.Add vanilla. Mix for 30 seconds.Add baking soda.In a separate bowl, add all flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix. Slowly add to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, leaving a few inches between cookies, 5 minutes before baking.For small cookies, bake for 10 minutes, or until golden around edges. For larger cookies, bake for 13 to 15 minutes.If you touch the top of the cookie and it bounces back instead of indenting, the cookies are ready.
